Care for more than a diagnosis.
Brain Bath works with adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns. Your evaluation helps clarify which treatment and level of support fit your needs.
Adult ADHD care
When everyday tasks take everything you have.
Adult ADHD can affect work, relationships, routines, and confidence. We consider other possible causes of concentration problems, then build treatment around the ways ADHD affects your life. Common challenges include:
- Losing track of time or missing appointments
- Putting tasks off until the last minute
- Struggling with organization or switching between tasks
- Feeling overwhelmed by everyday responsibilities
We offer adult ADHD assessment and individualized treatment in Washington. Medication may be part of the plan when clinically appropriate.
Psychiatry & brain injury

Washington psychiatry FAQs
Do you treat adults in Seattle and elsewhere in Washington?
Yes. We provide telehealth care to adults throughout Washington, including smaller towns and rural communities. You need a private space, a device with a camera and microphone, and a reliable internet connection.
What happens at the first appointment?
We discuss your symptoms, medical and mental health history, previous treatment, current medications, sleep, stress, and goals. We then explain our recommendations and talk through the next steps together.
Do you evaluate and treat adult ADHD?
Yes. Adult ADHD assessment and medication management are areas of care at Brain Bath. Your evaluation helps us understand your symptoms and develop an individualized plan.
Can medication be part of online psychiatric care?
When clinically appropriate, medication may be part of your treatment plan. Availability of a specific medication depends on clinical assessment and applicable prescribing requirements. Contact us with questions about a particular medication before booking.
Can I transfer my medication management to Brain Bath?
Potentially. We first complete an evaluation and review your diagnosis, medication history, and current needs. We may request previous records. Continuing a particular medication depends on that assessment.
How long is the first appointment?
Your initial psychiatric evaluation generally lasts about 45 to 60 minutes. We review your symptoms, history, previous treatment, medications, sleep, stress, and goals, then discuss our recommendations and next steps.
Do you provide weekly therapy?
Brain Bath primarily focuses on psychiatric evaluation and medication management. Supportive psychotherapy may be part of medication visits when appropriate. You can continue regular psychotherapy with another therapist, with coordination when appropriate and authorized.
Do I have to start medication?
No. A psychiatric evaluation does not obligate you to take medication. We discuss our recommendations and your preferences so you can make an informed decision.
Do you accept my insurance in Washington?
Participation can change, and coverage depends on your specific plan and behavioral health benefits. Email support@brain-bath.com to confirm current options. Private pay and sliding-scale options are also available.
