Adult telehealth psychiatry · Oregon
Better psychiatry.
Anywhere in Oregon.
Mental health care that fits into your actual life.
Online psychiatric care for adults across Oregon. Whether you are making sense of symptoms, transferring care, or rethinking a treatment that is not helping enough, we start with a conversation.
Start where you are
More than a checklist. A conversation.
Your symptoms are one part of the story. We also make room for your health, sleep, relationships, work, previous treatment, and what you want to feel different. You do not need a diagnosis before scheduling.
Understand the whole picture
A psychiatric evaluation connects your symptoms with your health, history, sleep, stress, and treatment goals.

Follow-ups focus on how treatment is working. Supportive psychotherapy may be incorporated when appropriate, and you can continue regular sessions with your own therapist.

Care for more than a diagnosis.
Brain Bath works with adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns. Your evaluation helps clarify which treatment and level of support fit your needs.
Adult ADHD care
When everyday tasks take everything you have.
ADHD does not always look like being unable to sit still. For adults, it can show up as missed deadlines, difficulty starting tasks, disorganization, or emotional reactivity. Treatment considers your sleep, routines, and daily responsibilities. Common challenges include:
- Losing track of time or missing appointments
- Putting tasks off until the last minute
- Struggling with organization or switching between tasks
- Feeling overwhelmed by everyday responsibilities
We offer adult ADHD assessment and individualized treatment in Oregon. Medication may be part of the plan when clinically appropriate.
Psychiatry & brain injury
Your history matters here.
Concussion and brain injury can affect attention, mood, sleep, motivation, and emotional regulation. That context belongs in the conversation about your mental health.
Brain Bath founder Noah Freiburger, DNP, PMHNP-BC, CBIS, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Certified Brain Injury Specialist.

Oregon psychiatry FAQs
Do you offer online psychiatry in Portland and across Oregon?
Yes. We provide telehealth care to adults throughout Oregon, including smaller towns and rural communities. You need a private space, a device with a camera and microphone, and a reliable internet connection.
What happens at the first appointment?
We discuss your symptoms, medical and mental health history, previous treatment, current medications, sleep, stress, and goals. We then explain our recommendations and talk through the next steps together.
Do you evaluate and treat adult ADHD?
Yes. Adult ADHD assessment and medication management are areas of care at Brain Bath. Your evaluation helps us understand your symptoms and develop an individualized plan.
Can medication be part of online psychiatric care?
When clinically appropriate, medication may be part of your treatment plan. Availability of a specific medication depends on clinical assessment and applicable prescribing requirements. Contact us with questions about a particular medication before booking.
Can I transfer my medication management to Brain Bath?
Potentially. We first complete an evaluation and review your diagnosis, medication history, and current needs. We may request previous records. Continuing a particular medication depends on that assessment.
Do I need to know my diagnosis before booking?
No. A psychiatric evaluation is designed to help make sense of your symptoms and discuss treatment options. You can start with what you have noticed and the questions you want answered.
Do you provide weekly therapy?
Brain Bath primarily focuses on psychiatric evaluation and medication management. Supportive psychotherapy may be part of medication visits when appropriate. You can continue regular psychotherapy with another therapist, with coordination when appropriate and authorized.
Do I have to start medication?
No. A psychiatric evaluation does not obligate you to take medication. We discuss our recommendations and your preferences so you can make an informed decision.
Do you accept my insurance in Oregon?
Participation can change, and coverage depends on your specific plan and behavioral health benefits. Email support@brain-bath.com to confirm current options. Private pay and sliding-scale options are also available.
